Worked for 24 years with top organisations like Metal Box, ITC Limited, Shaw Wallace Group, Coca Cola, etc at senior levels and has been in Academics on a full time basis for the last 13 years with Institutes like XLRI, XIME, IFIM – B School, MANIPAL, GREAT LAKES, etc. Areas of interest are Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Management Accounting, Strategic Profitability Management, etc. Has also been involved in various Corporate Training programs for companies like the UB Group, HMT Ltd, MICO-Bosch, BPL Ltd, HAL, Malayala Manorama, Escorts Group, etc

Fellow member of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India and Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, he has three decades of experience in teaching commerce management students. Associated with CA Institute &Company Secretaries institute as a guest faculty in Finance area. He acted as one of the Co-coordinator to conduct the MDP on Wealth Management.

Dr. Sandhya R. Anvekar, Ph.D. (Management), MMM,  MA,  PGDMM, PGDYEd.

Dr. Sandhya R.  Anvekar holds a Ph.D. in Management on Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction  from Kousali Institute of Management Studies ( Dept. of M.B.A.), Karnatak University , Dharwar.  With Masters in Marketing Management, Masters in Economics, P.G.Diploma in Marketing Management, PGD in Yoga Education, she has around 20 years of academic experience. She also holds 8 years industrial experience in personal selling and direct marketing.  She has research experience as a Research Assistant with TISS, Mumbai and IIM, Ahmedabad.  Her areas of interest are services marketing, customer satisfaction and retention strategies, consumer behaviour and rural marketing.

With a few publications to her credit in reputed national journals and books, she is involved in research and consultancy for soft skills, personality development, small business management and marketing techniques. Currently she is a Prof. & Head, Research wing of M.S. Ramaiah Institutes of Management.

Prof. (Mrs.) Purnima Ramaswamy

A rank holder in B.Sc. Hons (Maths) from Calcutta University. Prof. (MRs) Ramaswamy is a PGDBM form IIM – Calutta with specialization in Marketing Management. She has taught in several institutions in Bangalore and outside. Her teaching experience includes 4 years at IIM-B as a member of the Marketing Faculty. Apart from this, she has been involved in corporate Training and consultancy in Marketing & strategy areas. Her teaching and research interests are in Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Research and Services Marketing. She has worked on special studies in the areas of Demand Forecasting, strategic Diversification and was a resource person in Corporate planning activities for Karnataka Housing Board and Karnataka State slum clearance Board. She has been associated with MSRIM since 1997.

Prof. K.G. Muralidhara

He is a Post- Graduate in Commerce, specializing in the area of finance and doing research in the area of Marketing in Dravidian University. Apart from conducting research in marketing, he has worked in many colleges and institutions in Bangalore .He has headed management studies for 19 years in one of the most reputed colleges in Bangalore. Prof. K.G. Muralidhara has conducted seminars, industrial tours for management students. He has also worked as an evaluator of Management Projects and Viva-Voce conducted by Bangalore University and conducted organization development programme at CPRI through M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Management.

Prof. (Mrs.) Savitharani Ramachandran

She is an MBA form Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Trichirapalli. She also a fellow of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, Kolkata. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in the area of Strategic Cost Management. She has seven years of academic experience and eight years of industrial experience in the areas of Finance and Marketing. She is actively involved in research and has presented several papers in National seminar.

Prof. H. Muralidharan. M.Com, MBA

Worked at MES college of Arts, Science and Commerce for 7 years & joined the industry as Personal Manager for 2 years. Then joined the Mount Carmel Institute of management in which he has worked in different capabilities such as coordinator of the M.Com, PGDBM programmed and also as the Registrar (Evaluation) for about 7 years. He has presented papers in conferences and workshops and he also has been a resource person. And is currently pursuing his Doctoral work in the area of Human Resource Management focusing on learning organization. He has  conducted organization development programme at CPRI through M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Management.

Prof.Swati Basu Ghosh  MCom (Finance), MBA(Marketing)

Prof. Swati Basu Ghosh has more than 10 years of teaching and professional experience in commerce and Management.. She also has experience of working in the USA as a research assistant in the Anderson School of Management at the University of California at Los Angeles. She has worked as core faculty-in-charge of the Department of Finance at the NIILM School of Business in Bangalore, as an Assistant Professor and Research Coordinator in the area of finance at the ISME in Bangalore, as a Senior Faculty (Finance) at IBMR in Bangalore. Her areas of specialization are Advanced Accountancy and Financial, Management Accounting and Control, Managerial Economics Income Tax, Banking & Marketing Management.

Prof. Subash P.O.

Mr. P O Subash graduated in electrical engineering from National Institute of Technology Calicut and thereafter did his PG and Mphil(in International Business). He has 22 years of experience out of  which 12 years were in Indusrty with BPL and the remaining in Academics, He teaches Marketing , Operations and Information science. He has studied law at National Law School of India University.

Prof. (Ms) Jayashree Kowtal

 A Post-Graduate in Commerce (M.Com) from Bangalore University, MBA from KSOU, MHRM form Annamalai University, M Phil from Madurai Kamaraj Univeristy and Ms Psychotherapy from IBMS Institute of Behavioral and Management Science. Professor Jayashree Kowtal has 5 years of Industrial experience and 13 years of teaching experience she worked as a core faculty in the area of Finance and HRM at Surana College, Vemana Institute of technology and Ramaiah School of Advanced Studies Bangalore. She has several publications in the area of Entrepreneurship Development, performance appraisal, Behavioral finance and training and development and also developed soft skill material for corporate training purpose. Her areas of specialization are Behavioral finance and Neuro linguistic programming.

Prof. (Mrs.) Uma Balakumar

A graduate in Labour Management, she hold a Masters Degree in Social Work(M.S.W) from university of Madras. She has about 3 years of Industry experience as HR Executive at Apollo Hospital. India’s first corporate hospital taking care of recruitment, training & development. She has also worked as a HR consultant at an exclusive search recruitment consultancy. Prof. (Mrs.) Uma Balakumar has around 2 years of teaching experience in the area of Human Resource Management.

Prof. (Mrs.) Swarnika Dixit

She has done her MMS( Master of Management Science) from Lucknow University with specialization in Human Resource Management. In course of her ten years teaching experience she was associated with Lucknow University, Lucknow Engineering College, SVIT Hyderabad, ICFAI School of HRD, Hyderabad Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, Pune and Presidency College Bangalore. She has several publications to her credit .Her teaching interests are in Organizational Behavior, Leadership and Environmental Management.

Prof. (Mrs.) Meghna Verma, M.Sc. , M.B.A.

She is a Science graduate and holds M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, Bhopal and M.B.A. with specialization in Marketing and HR from Vikram University, Ujjain. She has over 8 years of industry and teaching experience, and has worked with reputed industrial firms like; Anchor Electronics & Electricals Ltd., Nilkamal Plastics Ltd., Time Packaging Ltd., Unichem Pharma (Foreva Division). Her teaching and research interests include; operations research, marketing etc. Besides teaching she also has conducted yoga-cum-meditation sessions for students.   

Prof. (Mrs.) V . Padmaja

A Post-Graduate in Personnel Management (HR) from Xavier’s Institute, Ranchi and having professional experience of 13 years, V.Padmaja is a seasoned Soft Skills trainer. Her core competencies include conducting sessions in Business Communication, The Art of Listening, Attitude, Grooming and Personality Development and other topics related to Soft Skills. She has worked with ICFAI National College in the capacity of HR Faculty and Soft Skills Trainer for over three and a half years in Noida and Bangalore. She was a core team member for module development and course curriculum for Business communication and has also served as the Placement Coordinator. She is a certified Voice and Accent Trainer and has conducted various soft skills workshops in PG colleges and corporate houses (New Delhi) in Communication, Body Language and Presentation Skills.
